Participating in the Human Family Tree

If you would like your family included in Heidi Hardin's Human Family Tree/A Walk Through Paradise...
there are three requirements:

1. You must have family photos, slides and/ or films.
2. Everyone in the family photos must agree to participate.
3. Everyone in the family photos must sign the Photograph Permission Form and the Adult Model Release Form.
